- 1 can cannellini beans
- 2 large yellow onions, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. Parmigiano, grated
- sprig of fresh thyme
Directions

1Saut chopped onions until translucent.

2Add minced garlic and continue cooking until golden.

3Mix in cannellini beans and thyme leaves.

4Cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

5Pour bean mixture into food processor and process until smooth, adding grated Parmigiano and 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil.

6Serve on baguette toasts.
