- flank steak (thin)
- 2 cans beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. bacon
- 2 cans mushrooms or 1 c. fresh
Directions

1Slice steak as thin as bacon strips.

2Put bacon on top of steak strips and roll.

3Secure with a toothpick.

4Saute steak rolls in olive oil until all sides are browned.

5In a roasting pan combine broth and 1 1/2 cans water and mushrooms; add flank steak. Bake at 400° for about 1 hour.
