  • flank steak (thin)
  • 2 cans beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 2 cans mushrooms or 1 c. fresh

Directions

    Slice steak as thin as bacon strips.

    Put bacon on top of steak strips and roll.

    Secure with a toothpick.

    Saute steak rolls in olive oil until all sides are browned.

    In a roasting pan combine broth and 1 1/2 cans water and mushrooms; add flank steak. Bake at 400° for about 1 hour.
