- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 whole Eggs, Beaten

1For a classic Tuscan Frittata, fry the chopped onion and sliced potatoes in olive oil over medium heat until potatoes are mostly cooked through. Sprinkle with this roasting and grilling salt and let cool off for a while. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Spray an ovenproof pan with cooking spray. Let the potatoes and onions slide into the egg mixture and combine well. Pour the mixture in a coated frying pan and bake at 350 degrees till done.
