Ingredients

  • 1 sm. can chopped black olives
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped green olives with pimento
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3/4 c. grated jack cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 crushed and chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 long skinny French baquette in 1 inch slices

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, adding parsley and jack cheese last. Spread on baquette slices and put under the broiler until bubbly and lightly toasted.
