- 10 medium size potatoes
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- bread crumbs
- salt
- pepper
- parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Bake potatoes in oven at 350° for 30 minutes or until done. Cut circle in top of all potatoes.

2Peel off top.

3Scoop out potatoes.

4Mix in large bowl with electric beater the potatoes, sour cream, margarine, salt, pepper and parsley flakes to taste. Add milk.

5Mixture should look like mashed potatoes.

6Scoop potato mixture into the potato skins.

7Top with cheese.

8Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

9Bake until warm and slightly browned at 325°.
