- 5 large leaves Cabbage
- 3 Green peppers
- 300 grams Pork belly slices
- 66 ml Katakuriko
- 1 clove each Ginger, garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1/4 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp each Vegetable oil, sesame oil
Directions

1Tear the cabbage and peppers into bite size pieces.

2Marinate the pork in a plastic bag with 2 tablespoons of sake and 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce.

3Mix the ingredients marked with a together.
