- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 package italian seasoning mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- cooked rice or pasta
Directions

1Cube chicken into bite-sized pieces.

2Combine chicken pieces, butter and Italian seasoning mix in a Crock-Pot (slow cooker) and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

3Then add cream cheese and soup, and cook on high until cheese is melted.
