    Peel the bananas.

    Cut them on the diagonal about 1 1/2 inches thick.

    Heat oil in a frying pan.

    Fry until they turn yellow on both sides.

    Prick them with a fork to make sure they are soft.

    Remove from pan and squash them between 2 plates.

    Then fry them again until they are crispy.

    Good with fried chicken or pork chops.
