1/4 cups Water

Start by adding refried beans and water to a sauce pan.

Heat to medium/high and stir frequently.

Add all seasonings and chopped jalapeno, continue to stir, then turn to low and stir occasionally.

Begin to heat a fry pan with the oil.

When oil is bubbly, fry tortilla one at a time until crispy.

Place black beans in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes until hot.

When ready to serve, start by placing a crispy tortilla on a plate and spread with desired amount of refried bean mixture.

Top with desired amount of black beans, lettuce, salsa, cheese, and sour cream.
