- 1 c. enriched yellow cornmeal
- water
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Directions

1In a bowl, stir together the cornmeal, 1 cup of cold water and salt.

2In a medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Over low heat, gradually stir in the cornmeal mixture and continue stirring until thickened.

3Cover and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes.

4Off heat, stir in Parmesan. Divide mixture evenly among three 12-ounce frozen juice concentrate cans.

5Chill until set, about 2 hours.
