- 1 medium spaghetti squash (3 lb.)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Pierce squash in several places with fork or sharp knife to allow steam to escape.

2Microwave on HIGH 10 minutes or until squash is tender, turning over after 5 minutes.

3Let stand 5 minutes.

4Cut squash in half.

5Remove and discard seeds.

6Use a fork to scrape the insides of the squash to form strands.

7Toss squash strands with cheese, tomatoes and parsley.

8Spoon squash mixture into microwavable bowl.

9Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes or until heated through.
