  • 1 stick oleo
  • 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (17-oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (16-oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Saute pepper and onion in butter until soft. Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole dish. Bake until set.
