- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 17 oz. can cream-style corn
- 17 oz. can whole kernel corn with liquid
- 8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Saute green pepper and onion in margarine.

3Combine with remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese.

4Bake 45 to 55 minutes.

5Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
