- 2 c. sweet milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or oleo
- 1/2 c. Bisquick or baking mix
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease an 8 or 9-inch pie pan.

3Pour milk, eggs and vanilla into a blender.

4Whip 30 seconds.

5Add sugar, butter and biscuit mix.

6Blend 1 minute.

7Add the coconut and blend 5 seconds.

8Pour into prepared pan.

9Bake 25 or 30 minutes until knife comes out clean.

10We sprinkle coconut on top and brown.
