  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions

    In a double boiler or a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, melt the chocolate chips and sugar in the water or milk, stirring with a whisk until smooth and shiny.

    Whisk in the vanilla and peanut butter.

    In a saucepan on medium heat, bring the blueberries, sugar, salt, and a tablespoon of water to a simmer, stirring often, until the mixture is juicy.
