- 1/2 lemon
- 6 3/8 tablespoons sugar
- 1 7/16 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 eggs
- 7 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cream
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

2Butter and flour mini pie plates. In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, egg, butter, vanilla, and baking powder. Knead until a dough forms.

3Roll out the pie crust until thin. Place pie crust in the mini pie plates. Place a small piece of wax paper on the pie crusts and fill the pies with dried beans to avoid the crusts from swelling while baking. Bake for 20 minutes.

4Warm the two-tone cream using a double boiler. Generously fill the mini pies, mixing to create a marble effect.

5Return the pies to the oven for 6 to 8 minutes, then cool completely.

6Remove the mini pies from the pie plates and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
