  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, mashed
  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced dill
  • salt

    salt the cucumbers after grating them for half an hour so they dehydrate
