Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

    Grate the cucumber and drain it in a colander or strainer squeezing out the excess water.

    Then mix all the ingredients together.

    Fresh dill is best but dried will do.

    Use the garlic if you are a big fan, but the dressing is cooler and lighter without it.
