- 12 cup sour cream
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions

1Grate the cucumber and drain it in a colander or strainer squeezing out the excess water.

3Fresh dill is best but dried will do.

4Use the garlic if you are a big fan, but the dressing is cooler and lighter without it.
