  • 1 stick Butter, Unsalted
  • 2 pounds, 3-13 ounces, weight Ube (Purple Yam/Garadu), Steamed And Mashed
  • 13- 1/2 ounces, fluid Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cups Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 cups Sweetened, Condensed Milk

Directions

    Melt butter over medium heat and then add the rest of the ingredients and mix.

    Continue to heat over medium until you get the right jam consistency.

    It took me about an hour over medium heat.

    Put the mixture into a storage container and refrigerate until use.

    This is great in my Ube Coconut Rice Balls.
