- 1 cup dry long grain brown rice
- 2 cups water or 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon oil or 1 tablespoon butter
- 34 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Combine rice, salt and oil in a 4 quart pressure cooker.

2Bring water or broth to a boil in seperate pan.

3Add to rice mixture and stir well.

4Lock lid in place and bring up to pressure.

5Time cooking at this point for 18 minutes.

6Remove from heat and let steam in cooker for an addtional 5 minutes.

7Use quick release method under cold water.

8Remove lid, fluff rice with fork and enjoy!
