["Preheat oven to 400'F.", "Grease the inside of a 9 inch springform pan (3 inches high). Remove side.", "CRUST: In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, lemon peel and vanilla. Make a well in the center. With a fork, blend in yolk and butter. Mix well, rubbing between fingertips, until smooth.", "On the bottom of the pan, form half of the dough into a ball.
