- 2 c. Minute rice
- 6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease large shallow baking dish.

3Spread 1/2 of the rice on bottom.

4Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place over rice.

5Mix together soups, butter or margarine, milk and sherry.

6Pour 1/2 over chicken; sprinkle remainder of rice over chicken, followed by remainder of soup mixture.

7Sprinkle top with cheese and almonds.

8Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
