  • 1/4 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 ounces bavarian sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb corned beef, sliced from deli & then chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • rye cocktail bread

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Scoop into a 9x13 pan lightly coated with cooking spray.

    Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

    Serve with cocktail rye.
