  • 2 cups whole bing cherries, stemmed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
  • 6 tablespoons A.1. Original Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 lbs lean ground turkey breast
  • 6 ounces goat cheese, divided
  • 12 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 6 toasted English muffins or 6 hamburger buns

    Preheat a gas grill to medium-hot heat.

    Place cherries in a grill basket and grill until bright, but not charred, about 4 minutes.

    Shake basket frequently so that all cherries are completed heated through.

    Remove from heat and let cool.

    Halve the cherries over a bowl and discard the pits.

    Melt the butter over medium-high heat in a large saucepan.

    Add the shallots and cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
