Ume Plum Jam Pie

- 1 sheet Frozen puff pastry
- 3 tbsp Plum jam
- 50 grams Cream cheese
- 1 Beaten egg
Directions

1Defrost the pastry to room temperature.

2Preheat the oven to 200C.

3Cut the pie pastry sheet in half.

4Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one half and top that with plum jam.

5Leave 1 cm clean around the edges.

6Brush the beaten egg around the sides.

7Make cuts in the other half of the pastry, leaving space around the edges.

8Place it on top of the sheet covered with jam and seal the edges with a fork.

9Brush the beaten egg across the whole surface for an attractive finish.

10Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, and it's done!
