- 2 cans 28 Oz Can Whole Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 cans (about 13 Oz. Size) Pickled Jalapenos, Drained
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- Salt To Taste
- Cilantro
Directions

1Put tomatoes in a blender and blend one can at a time.

2Put tomatoes in a large bowl.

3Put remaining ingredients in the blender.

4Add some of the tomatoes to wet and blend.

5Place that into the bowl with the rest of the tomatoes.

6Taste and add extra onion and some roughly chopped cilantro to adjust seasonings if needed.

7I sometimes add a little of the jalapeno juice to make it a little spicier.
-
8I also halve this as its usually just me and the hubby eating.
