Ingredients
- 2 cups brazil nuts, soaked for 4 hours and dehydrated for 8 hours
- 4 bananas
- 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 4 pitted medjool dates, soaked in water for 2 hours
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup walnuts, soaked overnight,dehydrated for 8 hours,and chopped
Directions

1Place Brazil nuts in food processor and process until mixture resembles flour.

2Add 2 of the bananas, salt, dates, and cinnamon to the processor and process until mixture is smooth.

3Pour into a bowl and add 2 bananas cut into small pieces and chopped walnuts stirring well.

4Spoon mixture onto teflex sheet and spread to 1/2 inch thickness.

5Dehydrate for 4 hours.

6Remove from teflex sheet by placing a mesh sheet on another dehydrator rack and placing it on top of the rack with the bread.

7Turn racks upside down and remove the teflex sheet.

8Dehydrate on mesh sheet for 4 more hours until bread is almost dry.

9Cut into pieces and dehydrate another hour.
