- 1 lb. cranberries
- 1 orange (juicy)
- 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 2 c. sugar (more if needed)
Directions

1Wash berries.

2Peel orange.

3Put both through food grinder using fine blade.

4Put into bowl; add sugar and pineapple and mix well.

5Let stand in bottom of refrigerator for a day or two before serving.

6The longer it stands, the better.

7Serves 15 to 20 people.
