  • 1 (12 oz.) box figs, chopped
  • 1 c. candied red cherries
  • 1 c. candied green cherries
  • 3 c. walnuts or pecans
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. sherry wine flavoring
  • 1 c. diced candied citrons (optional)
  • 2 (15 oz.) boxes raisins
  • 1 (8 oz.) box dates, chopped
  • 2 c. cooked pitted prunes, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 2 (1 lb.) boxes graham crackers, rolled fine
  • 1 c. honey

Directions

    Cream butter, honey, flavoring and prunes.

    Gradually mix in graham cracker crumbs and other ingredients.

    Have molds (round or oblong) well-greased.

    Pack cake firm in mold.

    Decorate with red, green and white candied pineapple slices.

    Let set in mold at least 24 hours in refrigerator.
