  • 1 lb. candied cherries
  • 1 lb. chopped pecans
  • 1 lb. raisins (white)
  • 1 lb. chopped dates
  • 1 lb. candied pineapple
  • 2 cans Eagle Brand milk
  • 3 (9 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers

Directions

    Mix all fruits and nuts in large pan (I use dishpan).

    Crush vanilla wafers with rolling pin.

    Add wafers and milk to nuts and fruit.

    Roll in 4 rolls.

    Roll in aluminum foil and refrigerate. Will keep in refrigerator 3 weeks.
