- 6 large ears corn with husks
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 pkg. cream cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Peel husks back, but do not remove from ears.

2Remove silk. Soak ears with husks in cold water for 20 minutes.

3Mix margarine and cream cheese.

4Dry surface of kernels; spread on cheese mixture.

5Salt and pepper as desired.

6Close husks over ears and wrap individually in foil.

7Place in preheated oven on low.

8Turn ears every 5 minutes.

9Check for doneness after 30 minutes. Flavor is unusual; try it!
