  • 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 chicken breast halves, skinned (2 1/2 lb.)
  • 4 whole chicken legs, skinned (2 1/2 lb.)
  • 1/4 c. evaporated milk

Directions

    In shallow dish, mix together first 5 ingredients.

    Dip chicken pieces in evaporated milk and coat with crumb mixture. Place in single layer in shallow roasting pan.

    Bake in 400° oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serve hot or cold.
