- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 chicken breast halves, skinned (2 1/2 lb.)
- 4 whole chicken legs, skinned (2 1/2 lb.)
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1In shallow dish, mix together first 5 ingredients.

2Dip chicken pieces in evaporated milk and coat with crumb mixture. Place in single layer in shallow roasting pan.

3Bake in 400° oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

4Serve hot or cold.
