  • 3/4 c. raw cashews
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. orange juice concentrate
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 c. olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp. instant Clearjel
  • 1/2 tsp. citric acid

Directions

    Blend with 1 cup hot water, then add 1 cup cold water and blend well.

    Slowly add oil while blender is running.

    Add Clearjel 1 tablespoon at a time and blend well.

    Add citric acid and let it sit overnight before using.
