  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Celery Soup
  • 1 bottle (46 Oz.) Vegetable Juice Cocktail (you May Not Use Entire Bottle)
  • 1 package (9 Oz. Package) Frozen Mixed Vegetables

    Brown ground beef and onion in a large pot; drain. Stir in canned soups and vegetable cocktail juice until desired consistency (you may not use all of it!). Stir in mixed vegetables. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and cook vegetables until tender.
