  • 1 whole Small Yellow Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs (not Panko)
  • 3/4 cups Tomato Sauce, Unflavored, Divided
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce, Divided
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 8 ounces, weight Ground Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal (or Other) Steak Seasoning, Or To Taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder

    Saute onion in oil until tender.

    Transfer to large bowl.

    Combine milk and bread crumbs in small bowl.

    Set aside.

    Combine 1/4c tomato sauce and 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce in another small bowl.

    Add ground beef, sausage, remaining tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce, egg, seasoning mix, garlic powder and breadcrumb mixture into the onion bowl.

    Mount mixture into a 9x5x3 loaf pan.
