- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 can of fruit (peaches or pineapple)
- 1 cup nuts
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 tbsp. juice
- 1 cup flour (all purpose)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Put butter and brown sugar in cast-iron skillet.

2Melt brown sugar and butter.

3Then put fruit and nuts on top of sugar and butter.

4Put eggs, white sugar, juice, flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

5Mix well.

6Pour on top of fruit and nuts.

7Bake in cast-iron skillet at 350 degrees until done.
