- 3 tablespoons softened butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 (9 ounce) cansliced pineapple, drained
- 1 12 cups Minute Rice
- 1 cup water
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 12 tablespoons flour
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 4 slices ham or 4 slices Spam, sliced thick
Directions

1Combine butter, sugar and mustard in a 9 x 5 x 2 baking dish.

2Place in a 400 degree oven until butter melts; blend.

3Top with pineapple and return to the oven.

4Combine remaining ingredients except ham in a saucepan; bring to a boil.

5Reduce heat and cover; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Remove baking dish from oven; add ham over pineapple.

7Spread rice mixture over ham; cover.

8Bake for 10 minutes.

9Cool for 5 minutes; invert on serving dish.
