- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/3 c. water
- 3 slices process cheese, cut in half diagonally
Directions

1In 10-inch ovenproof skillet, brown beef and cook celery, onion and green pepper until tender.

2Stir to separate meat; drain well. Stir in soup and mustard.

3Combine biscuit mix and water.

4Roll or pat dough into a circle slightly smaller than skillet.

5Top with biscuit dough.

6Bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until browned.

7Turn upside down on platter.

8Top with cheese.

9Cut in wedges and serve. Makes 6 servings.
