- 1 c. pineapple jam
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 (10 oz.) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 10-inch tube pan.

3Combine jam and pecans; spread evenly in bottom of pan.

4Stir sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.

5Cut each biscuit into quarters; roll in sugar mixture to coat evenly.

6Layer biscuits in pan.

7Combine brown sugar and butter; pour over biscuits.

8Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

9Cool 10 minutes.

10Invert onto serving plate.

11Yields 10 to 12 servings.
