Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3 Tbsp. shortening
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. celery salt or seed
Directions

1In a heavy frypan, fry onions in 2 tablespoons shortening until soft.

2Add hamburg and soup.

3Bring to a boil.

4Mix as for biscuits the flour, baking powder, salt, shortening, paprika, celery, celery salt and milk.

5Use grated cheese if desired. Spoon on top of hamburg mixture in frypan.

6Bake at 475° for 20 minutes.

7Turn upside down on platter when done.
