- 4 c. chopped vegetables (any combination of mushrooms, onions, green peppers, zucchini, tomatoes; anything you like)
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Saute vegetables.

3Saute ground beef. Mix together vegetables, beef and tomato paste.

4Spread mixture in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.

5Sprinkle cheese on top of beef mixture.

6Unroll package of crescent rolls and place on top of cheese to cover.

7Bake at 375° for 13 to 15 minutes, until pastry is golden brown.

8Serves 6 or 8.
