Upside Down Vegetable Pizza

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • any vegetables you like
  • 2 c. tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce
  • Farmer's cheese or Mozzarella cheese
  • crescent rolls

Directions

    If using tomato sauce, add basil, oregano and garlic.

    Brown turkey.

    Layer in bottom of casserole dish.

    Layer any vegetables (cooked a little on stove) on top of turkey.

    Layer 2 cups sauce on top of veggies.

    Put a little cheese on top.

    Place the crescent rolls on top as a crust.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
