  • 1/2 lime, cut into pieces, plus 1 lime wedge for garnish
  • 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces rhum agricole
  • 1/4 ounce apricot brandy
  • 1/4 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime pieces with the Simple Syrup.

    Add ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the lime wedge and shake well.

    Strain into a chilled martini glass.

    Garnish with the lime wedge.
