- 1 cup Water
- 3/4 cups Rice
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 whole Vanilla Bean
Directions

1Bring water and rice to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer until all water is absorbed. Add butter, sugar, and milk. Slice the vanilla bean in half and scrape the seeds out. Add the seeds and the half vanilla bean pod. Simmer on medium-low until rice is tender and milk is absorbed, leaving 2-3 tablespoons of milk. Remove vanilla bean and enjoy!
