- 3 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. Parkay margarine
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet vanilla chips
- 1 jar Marshmallow Creme
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Stir together margarine, sugar and milk in heavy 2 1/2 to 3-quart saucepan.

2Bring to full boil, stirring constantly.

3Boil 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234°, stirring constantly.

4To prevent scorching, remove from heat.

5Gradually stir in vanilla chips until melted.

6Add remaining ingredients; mix until well blended.

7Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.

8Cool at room temperature. Makes 3 pounds.

9Do not substitute sweetened condensed milk.
