- 14 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 12 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan.

2Gradually stir in milk.

3Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens slightly.

4Stir about one-third of the hot mixture into eggs; return egg mixture to saucepan.

5Cook and stir over low heat abour 1 minute or until mixture just thickens.

6Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

7Cover surface completely with plastic wrap.

8Cool to room temperature.

9Chill.
