- 13 cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 18 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
- 15 drops Vanilla Creme Stevia
- 1 cup Dried Figs, Soaked In 1/2 Cup Water For 12 Hours
Directions

1Place almonds in food processor and pulse to texture of gravel.

2Pulse in coconut, salt and stevia.

3Pulse in figs.

4Press mixture into an 8x8 inch Pyrex baking dish.

5Refrigerate for 1 hour.

6Cut into 16 squares.
