- 2/3 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 6 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 cup Slivered Almonds
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cups Flaked Coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 275°F. Cook oil, honey, sugar, water and vanilla over medium heat until mixed. In a bowl, combine oats, almonds, craisins and coconut. Pour liquid mixture over oat mixture and stir so everything is coated.

2Spread granola on 2 baking pans (9x13). Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes.

3Cool and stir occasionally. Store in an airtight container.
