- 3 7/8 tablespoons softened butter
- 5/8 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon almond powder
- 5/8 cup self rising flour
- 1 3/16 cups milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2In a bowl, combine the egg yolks, butter, and sugar.

3Add the vanilla extract, almond powder, sifted flour, and milk. Mix well.

4In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites, and then gently fold into the previous mixture.

5Pour the batter in a greased dish and bake in a water bath for 45 minutes.
