Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups squash (I use fresh)
  • 2 3/4 cups milk (can or blend)
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Prepare pie shell, pour in the above ingredients after you have combined in blender.

    Bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes. I use hot oven for 6-10 minutes, then reduce to 350 bake until knife comes clean when inserted for test.
